Wing Training Day is an event which is held every year to mark the beginning of a new year, any event held onwards from that point is collected until for next year's results of which squadron is the best respective to the points awarded in many different areas.

184 Squadron with its dedicated and hard working cadets to achieve the best came 5th overall which is an outstanding achievement. The day composes of many competitions between the 24 Squadrons; there was Drill which is the most prestige, Aircraft Modelling, Aircraft Recognition, Banner Drill and First Aid. This year the Media comms or the BMFA dart competition was not held but nevertheless this did not stop us from reaching high!

This year is a great year to start achieving the Typhoon Trophy, this commemorates the most hardworking squadron each year when all the points have been tallied together from different events and recognised programs. 184 Squadron used to win this is the 80's which was known as the 'Dobson' Trophy almost every year! Our aim is to do what we have done before and keep that standard up.

Many thanks must be given to all the members of staff who suppost and help the cadets with a keen remark, without them the squadron cannot run and succeed so well in activities and events like these.
